Dr. Joshua Ramey is a general dentist who prides himself in treating every patient like family. Dr. Ramey, a Virginia native, has practiced dentistry since 2009. After high school, he attended The College of William & Mary, obtaining a B.S. degree in Biology. Upon graduation, Dr. Ramey attended the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry, where he was employed as a teaching assistant during his last year. During dental school, Dr. Ramey was awarded both a clinical commendation and a STARS performance recognition and was awarded a Certificate of Merit from the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
Since graduation, Dr. Ramey has worked in both private practice and hospital settings, proudly serving our nation’s veterans as a general dentist and an attending with the Department of Veterans Affairs. He was also an adjunct assistant professor with the UNC School of Dentistry, teaching residents in the Advanced Education program.
Dr. Ramey is married with three beautiful boys, Isaiah, Jeremiah, and Zechariah. He and his family make their home in Kernersville. In their spare time, they enjoy fishing, hunting, gardening, and participating in most water activities.

Dr. Brandon Peters completed his dental degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry.
Dr. Peters was born and raised in Fayetteville, NC. He completed his undergraduate degree in 2007 at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He received a Master Degree in Biomedical Sciences from Barry University in 2011 and his Doctor of Dental Surgery from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2016. In 2019, Dr. Peters graduated from the premier prosthodontic residency in the country at UNC-Chapel Hill with his Certificate in Prosthodontics and a Masters in Prosthodontics for his research on Three Dimensional Analysis of Crown Margin Integrity.
During his time away from work, Dr. Peters loves the beach and he enjoys to hike, and camp with his lovely wife and two Labrador Retrievers. He also loves great food and a great book. Dr. Peters has spent the last year teaching clinical excellence at the University of North Carolina Adams School of Dentistry and is dedicated to the highest of clinical excellence in his own work.
Dr. Kim obtained his Certificate in Periodontology and DMD degree from University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, and his PhD in Oral and Craniofacial Biomedicine from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
He has more than 19 years of experience in periodontology and general dentistry. His clinical experience includes but not limited to soft tissue and bone grafting, crown lengthening, osseous f surgery, surgical and non-surgical periodontal disease treatment, and implant.
Dr. Kim is an adjunct professor at the periodontal department of UNC at Chapel Hill. He lectures courses and teaches grad residents and dental students in clinic. Before moving to North Carolina, he had worked as an associate general dentist and periodontist in private practice at Philadelphia. And before that, Dr. Kim was a 1st Lieutenant dental officer in South Korean army.
Dr. Kim was born in Australia. He had lived in Germany and South Korea. He speaks English, Korean, German, Japanese, and Chinese. He loves to ride his unicycle, read books, watch movies, and flaunts his hand skills with DIY home projects!
Dr. Edelmann has had a passion for Orthodontics for as long as he can remember. As a patient he appreciated how happy he was to be treated by an Orthodontist and decided early in life to dedicate his to providing that same experience to others when he grew up..
Born in San Diego, he grew up primarily in rural Central Florida. From there he attended Marshall University as a Yeager Scholar, earning a degree in Accounting (Summa Cum Laude), and spent time studying at Oxford University and performing dental research in Africa.
Following his undergraduate studies, he achieved his dental degree and was named the OKU Kramer Award Winner at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and graduated with Distinction. It was at UNC where he continued his interest in research and writing, as Dr. Edelmann is a notably published dental author. Dr. Edelmann was then selected for a full-time 2 year orthodontic residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston where he completed a master's thesis on clear aligner therapy.
Outside the office, Dr. Edelmann can be found on the basketball and tennis courts or out on the water spending time with his family. He also enjoys traveling to new places and is an avid dog lover.
